Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your FinAssist account and associated data without logging into the app.

Alternative in-app path: You can also delete your account directly inside the app from Settings > Delete Account.

How To Submit A Request

  1. Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your FinAssist account.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your registered email and a short confirmation that you want permanent account deletion.

Verification And Processing

  • We may request identity verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  • After verification, deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible.
  • Account and associated personal/financial data are permanently removed within 30 days.
